Shipping policy
Currently IRIDIUM Gift Boxes is only shipping to the USA & Canada.
We ship our Gift Boxes via Shopify’s shipping partners and use Standard service (3-10 business days) Or Canada Post Expedited.
- If you are purchasing multiple gift boxes and shipping to multiple locations we have to charge the assigned single order fee to each shipped location. Multiple gift boxes sent to one location has discounted rates.
- IRIDIUM Gift Box is not responsible for lost or missing shipments. Please contact the shipping courier used with your tracking info if you need assistance with lost or missing shipments. Please track you shipment by including your email address during checkout.
- Please note shipping times are based on Monday - Friday, regular Shipping company business hours, and do not include weekends or holidays
- Once payment is made and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the courierdelivery info. Please use the shipping company's information to track your order.
- If you are looking at shipping outside of the USA or Canada, please contact us as we may be able to ship to your location at a different shipping rate.

- We use 100% Biodegradable mailer bags. In the presence of soil, moisture, oxygen or heat, our mailer bags will convert to water, carbon dioxide and biomass. Like a fallen leaf, our mailer bags will disappear over time.
