Our Return Policy
- Our return policy lasts 30 days after the delivery date. Once this 30 day period has expired, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a return or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your gift box and all items inside must be unused and in the same condition you received them. You must also return the original gift box undamaged.
- All our gift items are inspected for defects or damaged before your gift box is sent out to you. If you believe there is a defective item please contact us at: sales@iridiumgiftbox.com with a photo of the defective or damaged item. Make sure to include your order number on all requests for a quick turnaround.
- Iridium Gift Box is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return or exchange. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure your gift box is retuned safely to prevent any damage to the products inside. If your return arrives back to us with signs of damage or wear and tear, your return will be subject to review.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned gift box(s). We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your demand. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within days.
- Refunds usually take some time for your bank to officially register a refund payment. In the case that no refund has been received within 10 days of the acceptance of your request, please contact us at: sales@iridiumgiftbox.com
